Obituary
Michael Henry Franklin, age 56 of Connelly Springs, went Home to be with the Lord on March 23, 2023. He was born on May 17, 1966, to Ralph and Alma Carroll Franklin. He was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Franklin.
Mike was dearly loved by his wife Sherry and his family. He had only dear friends and enjoyed time with them all. His laughter and smile were infectious for everyone. He will be missed by everyone, but he is home.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Sherry Franklin; brother, Keith Franklin of Marion; sister-in-law, Lisa Hensley; and mother-in-law, Mary Hensley.
Receiving will be from 1-3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home at 501 East Main Street, Burnsville, NC 28714. Graveside services are to follow at the George Barrier Cemetery at 8794 Donald Barrier Street, Jonas Ridge, NC 28657. Reverend Jerry Shelton will be officiating.
