Linda Buchanan

Linda Louise Buchanan, age 71 of Burnsville, passed away Thursday, September 2nd, 2021 at Care Partners in Asheville. A native of Yancey County, she was the daughter of Virginia Robinson Buchanan and the late Jeter “Biss” Buchanan. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie Buchanan.

Linda enjoyed reading her Bible and worshipping the Lord.

She is survived by her mother, Virginia Robinson Buchanan, of Burnsville; sisters, Donna Hollifield (Buddy) of Burnsville, and Pat Laws (Mike) of Spruce Pine; sons, Randy Gene Laws of Erwin, TN, and Rodney Gene Laws of Burnsville;

Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, September 7th at 2 p.m. in the Double Island Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverend Ricky Woody will officiate.
