Brenda (Letterman) Childers

Brenda (Letterman) Childers, age 67, of Barnardsville, went home to be with the Lord at her home on July 25th, 2022. A resident of Buncombe County, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Betty Letterman.

Left to cherish her loving memory is her son, Shawn Huskins (Becky Yelton) of Burnsville; daughter, Shannon (Jonathan) England of Crossville, TN; brother, Kenneth Letterman of Spruce Pine; grandchildren: Gus and Max England, Kyle (Martina) Yelton and Nick Yelton; great-grandchildren: Matana, Brent, and Braxton Yelton.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 30th, 2022, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends and loved ones an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Crabtree Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery in Burnsville, NC. Reverend Steve Rhinehart and Reverend Jonathan England will be officiating. The pallbearers will be Desi Murphy, Kyle Yelton, Nick Yelton, Josh Boone, Wesley England, and Jonathan England.
